Data shows that people born after 1980 are likely to have inherent concern for the environment and are willing to pay more for "green" products. 

The same is true for consumers in the real estate market, as shown by a 2020 study by the National Association of REALTORS©. 


Home buyers are valuing energy-efficient features in a home at an increasing rate, and homes with such features attract a price premium.
